Skyrim wont launch through Nexus/

My Skyrim (steam copy) wont launch through Nexus Mod manager with no mods activated.

Have also reinstalled the mod manager and skyrim.

Launches fine in steam with just the high res pack installed.

Have tried a verify game cache also

 

Any Advice Please
