gotchamomma
Hello. I know that Deadly Reflexes has many ways to gib people in Oblivion. But the ability to gib or tear up humans is something that could be a big part of any mod. With the thought that FO3 will never get an editor I would like to get back into modding for Oblivion and the top thing on my personal wanted list is the ability to dismember enemies and some form of location based damage. I looked all over the nexus and found only Deadly Reflexes which is a great mod in it's own right but not everyone can install it and it's no good as a resource. What I am asking for is some kind of body deformation resource that any modder can use to make their mods more fun. Thanks!

Natsu666
Yeah ik where you are coming from, but i think most people are content with Deadly Reflex. I also dont know exactly what you're saying here. A mod that others can use for the own mods that adds locational damage? it sunds like it would have to change everything already in game? I'm really confused. Are you asking for a resource that can be used so that people can make locational damage to specific units they mod or what? gotchamomma
I am asking for something like a spell or effect that gib's the target. I'm quite sure many people are happy with DR but the fact remains that it is a big change to the game and for those out there like me who would like to explore other ways of combat without DR I think would be great. Maybe something that can mix and match with other fighting mods or even just with animation mods like the hand to hand replacer or the dual weild mod. Now I know people already use some mods like that with DR but again some people actually don't want all the other stuff in there... DR is a BIG mod with a LOT of options and things to do... making it a pain in the arse to isolate parts of it that you want and keeping away parts you don't want. Gibbing just happens to be the one thing DR has that I want and I really have no interest in the rest. I would hate to think I'm the only one who felt this way. :(

Yeah I found out a while ago thank you though! Being able to do some nice gib modding now muhaha! However I still think oblivion has better hand to hand and melee combat. I still think a resource like this is still a good idea for Oblivion, I won't just stop modding Oblivion any time soon. ;)
