Assaault Rifle, Power Armor and Bandana textures messing up

Heres a picture where I managed to get all 3 problems in frame:

the thing at the side flickers on every now and then and its just bad luck it happened to be on for the half a second when I was taking this screenshot, its not the problem. It was working fine last night, this morning I installed this:

And when I was testing it out I noticed the textures screwing up. I'm not sure how a sound mod messes with the textures, especially since its still messed up after I deleted it. I havent downloaded any sort of mod for these 3 items. I have mods for the outcast power armor and chinese assault rifle but even if those somehow messed up similar items it doesnt explain why the bandana is screwy.

I fixed it. deleted every file out of one of my mods that didnt match up with the archive, not sure if that one will work though since it retextures the chinese jumpsuit and I've never found one of those.
