bben46
There are multiple places to set mouse accel - besides the game - there is the Windows mouse settings in the control panel, and if you have more than a basic no frills mouse, possibly a mouse settings program that came with your mouse driver. I have used both a MS wireless mouse - with it's own driver that included a setting for accel, and my current Logitec which also has it's own driver and it's own accel settings - Be sure that you don't have mouse drivers installed for Mice (mouses?) you don't or no longer have. I had to manually remove the MS mouse driver when I switched to the Logitec. It seemed like sometimes the system was using the MS driver, and other times the Logitec one. :wallbash: Set the mouse settings outside of the game first using the appropriate mouse settings program. Then you should be able to fine tune the mouse movement when in the game - the in game setting may be different than the out of game setting. The in game mouse setting should only be in effect when playing the game and mouse movement should return to the out of game settings when you quit the game.
DemonLady
i'll try looking for those, then. I I have a wireless Microsoft Mouse, so I'll have to try and find the thing that it installed for it and see if I can do that. I think I know where to mess with the computer's mouse acceleration, which is in Control Panel's "Ease of Access" section. i'll give it a shot and then try and see if it works. Thanks, Ben. :)
