Object array of keywords as string

I have very stupid question: i have a keyword massive and want convert to string.

 

myarr[1] as string returns only space. How can got keywords edit id as string or exactly how are keyword structure?

 

I try to found answer in ck wiki page but there is less as i know) Or internet and others modders scripts.
