Grand heist type gear and security systems?

The idea for this mod came from a few movies and tv shows but I honestly wouldn't even know where to begin on this.

 

Basically, it would involve two major aspects.

 

1.) An addition of a few more advanced security systems to higher security parts of new vegas that deserve better protection (Helios one, Casinos, etc. ) as well as maybe an underground vault for the casinos?

Some of my ideas would be things like laser tripwires that move ( if possible), sniper hideouts, more robot patrols, explosive floor panels, pressure plates, alarms, etc

 

The sniper hideouts could be two way mirrors with holes for barrels and a secret way up maybe?)

 

2.) Cool heist gear from several movies like a rappelling system for those lonely elevator shafts,

also a grappling gun, carabiners and ziplines, and/or some other cool gadgets? and a few nice suits ( as always )

 

And maybe even a quest line working for a band of master thieves and a master thief perk on completion?

 

Again I would love to make these myself but I simply don't have the time or skill to do it unfortunately.
