Using DynDOLOD and Warzones - Civil Unrest together

Hey, so I'm having some problems with warzones and Dyndolod. My game is stable but as soon as I turn those two mods on together I get a ctd when starting a new game. Warzones is not compatible with DynDOLOD, but I've used them together in the past by simply disabling Warzones while generating the LODs, as the mod author suggests on their homepage. The only issues I had back then was that of course some objects were popping in late which didn't bother me.

DynDOLOD recently released another version though, so maybe that doesn't work together. Does anyone have any idea how to make this work? Maybe it has something to do with Helgen Reborn?
