SpyderArachnid Posted November 28, 2012 Share Posted November 28, 2012 (edited) So just got Auriel's Bow and am now ready to go kill Harkin. But once I enter Castle Volkihar, I get a message "Auriel's Bow removed" and it disappears. No idea why this keeps happening, but I can't finish the quest now cause it keeps removing the bow every time I enter Castle Volkihar. It is the only weapon I have equipped, and I have the Sun Hallowed Elven Arrows. And every time I enter the Castle, it removes the bow from me and leaves me with no weapon. I tried unequipping it, hoping that it would just remain in my bag, but it still removes it every time I enter. I haven't tried giving myself the bow via console after it removes it, but not really wanting to use the console to "cheat". Would really like to find out why the bow keeps being removed every time I enter the castle. Edit: Just a follow-up. I found out what happened to the Bow. For some reason, it put it in the Chest by the door inside the room with Harkin. Still no idea why it removes it when entering the castle and then tosses it in the chest in the room with Harkin.
