Fat body model would be nice.

I think it to npc, non-playable.

 

I dont have skill to do it..

Or is there some easy way?

if it were easy, it'd be done. Though some of it may be done already. What you may want is a "body slider" not sure how well it works in game or if it works for just you or npcs.

There is Realistic Body System, which gives NPCs randomized body types depending on their profession and skills (not the player, though). You usually end up with quite a few overweight merchants and innkeepers, among others. Last time I checked, it only worked on female NPCs, but the short description states that it works for both genders, so it may have been updated since I last played Skyrim.

I was a big fan of VORB back in Skyrim (which was similar), and was really happy to see that VadersApp had continued his work in Skyrim. It really adds to the immersion of the game when every NPC's body type is a little different.

Seems like you'd have to go and resize a lot of clothing and armor of you want fat people

I don't know if this is a dead thread but there isn't a preset for anyone with a fatman six pack in other words a one pack. I myself am an endomorphic body type and I would like to be represented in the game.
