Value for items changed

I just reinstalled my game and mods. I took this opportunity to update all the mods I had. Now some of the prices on items have changed like 1,000,000 for lockpicks. Has anyone run into this issue. Can't figure out which mod is to blame. None of them should be altering item values at all. Help please...

Hope that helps. For the record all was working fine until reinstall and updates. Load order is most definitely not the same. I couldn't remember the order and the backup txt I made somehow vanished. Game runs great just weird prices on some items.
