Crash on start up

Hey there, I played New Vegas in a while and I tried adding some mods that I had forever ago. Nothing new, just all the old stuff, but I can't get them to work. I have the BOSS load order with me and I'll post it in a spoiler, if anyone can help me that'd be great!
