Naruto Bijuu and jutsu

I had a few ideas for some justu from naruto as well as a few bosses and i'll do my best to suggest ways to go about making them instead of just saying someone make this. I know nothing about modding so thanks in advance to anyone willing to even read these.

 

Bijuu:

 

Here is a list of the bijuu i chose and there abilities you aquire after you kill them. once killed you can use a fuinjutsu, or sealing justu and "seal" it, which, in game would be a permanent increase to magicka by x amount.

 

1. Matatabi: the two tail giant cat. Take a saber cat and enlarge. If possible, shade it blue with a flame effect and place it in the world. its a boss battle with good reward so make it hard to kill. The spell tome it drops is a flame version of ice spear. upon hit it explodes after a few seconds

 

2. Son goku: the four tail Ape. take a troll and enlarge it. color it red and place it in the world. The spell tomes it drops are a large fireball with a lava or magma effect that does dot for extended periods. the second tome is essentially an armor spell with a lava effect that burns enemies that hit you.

 

3. Isobu: the 3 tail turtle. Take a mudcrab and enlarge it and place it in the world. The spells it drops is water shotgun. take the firebolt spell, shrink it and give it a water texture and have maybe 5 or so be released per cast. on impact there is a splash effect.

 

4. Chomei: the 7 tail bug thing. take a chorus hunter fledgling and enlarge it and place it in the world. The spell tome it drops is a poisonous haze. its a 2 handed area of effect spell 25 feet around the player. the poison dot does 2 dmg per sec and is infinite and can only be stopped if the npc uses a healing spell or potion. the second tome is an armor corrosive. use the chaurus spit effect and have it decrease armor by x amount

 

 

Sealing Jutsu:

can be a spell tome and also a scroll. it has no visual effect in hand and is a touch spell. when used on the slain bijuu, the corpse poofs away in the classic naruto smoke cloud and your magicka is increaded by say...300 and movement speed is slightly increased. if used on an npc the target is immobilized. if you can create the seal markings from naruto and place it on the target cool, if not, whatever. or maybe use the markings found at giant camps and on the sacrificial cow.

 

 

Random jutsu:

Tsunade:

1. Body pathway derangement. when readied, character raises fists with no visual effect. after hit, the target will periodically and randomly trip and fall

 

2. Chakra scalpel. when readied, player raises fist with green glow around them. on hit, target takes 1 bleed dmg per sec indefinitely unless potion or heal spell is used

 

Gara:

Sand burial. sends out a wave of sand and on hit, target is immobilized and begins to sink into the ground with dust and gravel effect at their feet for effect. for the sand wave you can use any large energy wave effect in game and just color it some shade of brown. when the effect ends the target is killed so the cost should be high with long charge time.

 

Sandstorm. basically the blizzard spell just recolored but instead of cast and forget make it dual cast. once to activate and again to turn off. targets are slowed to 20% speed

 

Danzo:

Air bullet. take firebolt spell and make transparent or have a wind effect. on hit causes bleed damage that does not stop until some form of healing takes place

 

giant air ball. take fireball spell and enlarge it. make transparent or have wind effect and on hit causes 3 bleed damage per sec that does not stop unless some form of healing takes place.

 

air scythe. take the bloodscal blade energy effect and make transparent or have air effect. make a power and magic cost high. causes 5 bleed dmg indefinitely.

 

Hanzo:

Poison breath. take steam breath from dwarven centurion. color it green and have it do 2 dmg indefinitely. make the poison effect that of the frostbite spider spit

 

Kisame:

water prison Jutsu. shoots a ball of water at target. on contact a giant ball of water engulfs target who is then stuck in the treading water animation. after 5 sec target takes 15 dmg per sec. on death or end of spell the water prison explodes with a big splash leaving the body laying there. for the effect you can use the ancestor moth bubble from the canticle tree mission in dawnguard quest, shade it like water and place the target who is locked in the treading water animation into the center of it. when the water prison bursts, use an enlarged splash effect.
