bloodoftheancients Posted February 22, 2020 Share Posted February 22, 2020 i have found more than one of these circles in skyrim that are similar to college of winterhold but i don't know how to use them when i walk and stay on top of each circle like the one in solitude when you prison break and find it it glows and i know it has something to do with magic because of the eye like mark but even unbound dremora spell is not usable any help will be and is appreciated. they are so similar to eye of magnus when you enter the hall where tolfdir is teaching students or when you stand on an altar and summon a dremora .
