build type and unisex clothing mod

Hello!

 

I would like to find a mod that makes armor and clothing unisex, and maybe with the possibility of choosing the Courier's build.

 

Lots of women were able to pass as men at casual glance. Some even managed to pass as men and joined the army at times where they weren't allowed to.

 

So since under real armor, it's hard to see the difference between a man and a woman, I'd like a mod where all armors would look the same on a man or a woman.

 

Second, I'd like a mod where clothes look the same whether a man or woman dons them. So that there would be the possibility of a man wearing a dress or a woman wearing a suit. (I guess it could be done by creating a new outfit for females using the female model, and force the male outfit to use the male models, and a few tweaks like that. Somehow I think that Arcade would look great in Vera's Outfit... He is already pretty handsome...)

 

And then, I'd like to choose my character's build at creation. Like a slender girly man, or a tomboyish girl whom could easily pass as a man, or even a Mister/Miss Universe.

 

That's just my suggestion. Thank you in advance if someone decides to do this mod...

You can have a body replacer if you want everyon's body to be more unisex. Might check around and see if someone has already made one. If you just want your courier to be more unisex, you'll have to have a custom race. I know there is a "Miss Universe" type mod. I'm not sure about a tom boyish (most of the body replacers tend to emphasize certain female "attributes") or a slender male build. There is a type 6 female that is very skinny, akin to a waif or model.

Absolutely, all across the world (and especially in the American civil war) as well as post apocalyptic fiction (for example "A boy and his dog")

Each model (each outfit/armor) will have to be edited in blender or 3ds max, whether it's to make a more tom boyish figure or to make feminine clothes on male characters (& vice versa). Some outfits could be relatively minor edits. For instance editing a tux for a female with a boyish figure would be easy. But some models, like dresses for males, would mean a lot of editing to change the shape and keep the skin partitions so the shader draws the correct skin tones.

 

So I think, if you can't find an already existing body replacer, your talking about (potentially) a *lot* of work.

Unfortunately, I can't find the build I'm looking for...

 

Thanks for your help anyway... Maybe I wasn't accurate enough... Closest example I could think of would be an adult Naoto Shirogane like build (it's heavily hinted that Naoto practices breast binding though), with like an A-cup. What do you want, I like tomboys... Maybe because I wish I could be one...

I like voluptuous woman (not chubby, but a obvious hour glass figure) and tomboy/waif(ish). But for NV I think the voluptuous figure would be tough to do right. The tomboy figure on the other hand would probably be the easiest of all body shapes to do.

I'm involved on a project until the new year, and then I have some small projects from former requests I need to do. But after that I can look into doing something like that for you, if no one else has taken up your request.

 

I may do a sample/demo model though earlier, if I have some extra time. Just to get an idea of how long it would take.
