A functional clothing items with guidance on which file is the shirt texture and how to put your own there.

 

I have a Fallout shirt from an official charity orchestra, no-one will recreate it in-game for me for fear of Beth's copyright reaction. The charity have said to me "sounds awesome, show us when you're done.".

I would use GIMP or something, make a lore-friendly tweak to the design but recreate it from scratch.

Then insert it into the template outfit I'm requesting here, with limb armour slots, ballistic weave and leveled list injection.
