Spectrev2
I've been told that a purple coloured model is a mesh issue but I don't know what the mesh is called so I can't delete it. I want to fix this as soon as possible http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=110524597 Any help would be greatly appreciated. TheGreenLion
Purple objects are meshes that are missing a texture which can be caused by: the texture not being there, there but in the wrong file path, not assigned to the mesh/model or a performance problem with rendering. Looks like it's from Lanterns of Skyrim I believe. I would start there, maybe try to extract the textures folder by itself and see if it doesn't clear up. Spectrev2
I found out after that the exterior walls of whiterun as well as architecture around whiterun were all purple including buildings, sign posts and stone walls were all affected. I somehow fixed it by deleting all architecture related textures I got from Skyrim Realistic Overhaul and the only meshes that conflict with those textures come from Enhanced Lights and FX which even when I removed it still had the purple. MShoap13
I found out after that the exterior walls of whiterun as well as architecture around whiterun were all purple including buildings, sign posts and stone walls were all affected. Though it's rare, it's possible that you were running out of VRam. This usually doesn't cause Purple textures though. I'm pretty confident that SRO is only Texture Replacers (though I could be wrong). If it didn't come with a .esp or a \Meshes\ folder then it's definitely just a texture replacer. If Enhanced Lights and FX came with meshes that aren't compatible with vanilla (and therefore replacers) it should have included textures that it is compatible with. Seems to me like something may not have installed properly and you should try reinstalling the mods in question manually before giving up. Remember with Texture replacers install order matters, whichever pack is installed last overwrites the textures it has in common with previous mods.
