Problem with Imperious and Dwemer Exo Skeleton causing either black face Vampires or Invisible First Person Mounted Weapons

So I noticed yesterday that my Dwemer Exo Skeleton weapons weren't showing up in first person, I had a similar problem in LE when I also used the mod True Dragon Born.
If True Dragon Born was loaded after the Exo Skeleton the weapons wouldn't show up, but loading Exo after it fixed it.

Now in SE I have a similar issue but it seems to be with Imperious. If Exo is loaded before Imperious the weapons don't show up, But if it's loaded after Imperious several Dawnguard Vampires get Black Faces, but the first person weapons shop up again.

 

Does anyone know how this can be fixed?
