No new mod will appear in game (SkyrimSE)

Hi! I am a bit of a newbie at this and not very tech savvy so I'm sorry if I'm just a total noob. My problem however is, that to a point, Vortex worked like a true charm, (I play Skyrim SE) then due to SKSE issues, I had to move my Steam from C to D, but my games were always installed to D and not moved. I mention this, because around this time any new mod I tried to install would not appear in the game. I deploy and everything as you're supposed to and truly wonder if my folders are just messed up, but every tutorial video I watch seems out of date. What furthers my confusion, is that I did purge all my mods and clean reinstalled Vortex after encountering this problem, and then without mods, tried to launch my save and as you'd guess, game would complain missing mods. I then reinstall all my mods from scratch, Vortex acting like they've never been installed before and when I'm done, my save game works perfectly again, so all my old and newly installed mods should be going to the same place? But still my problem persists, and any other mod I renstall won't work.

I got hardlink deployment, but I did try the other option before resulting to reinstalling Vortex.

Bijin Warmaidens SE

KS Hairdos SSE

Auto Hide Ammo

Auto Unequip Shield to Back for Skyrim SE - Backshields SE

 

I got 36 active mods going. I launch my gam trough SKSE64 launcher.

My most recent log file is so huge that no paste bin or attaching it as a file here works, 882 kt. Pasting here would crash my tab.
My computer is new, hi-end gaming desktop, if that matters.

 

This is most likely 100% my fault, but I have no idea how to fix it. Thank you for any input in advance.

SO my everything works now? And I have no other explanation other than black magic. I have not done really anything, but uninstalled one patch file from "blowing in the wind" because it complained about missing master files. It didn't seem to affect my gameplay as it was tho, but somewhere along the way I noticed that my shield and hide ammo mod really did work. So now I have beautiful NPCs as well. I have then noticed, that every time I change my ENB (been going back and forth, haven't really loved any), I have to reinstall them trough Vortex client cuz game claims they don't exist among other mods, that did work without reinstalling in the game again, as long as just reinstalled my pretty NPC mods.

 

EDIT:

Upon further discovery, I now only can play trough launching SKSE64 trough Vortex, if I launch the game trough SKSE64's own icon, it'll claim it is missing mods, if I launch the game trough Steam's own SkyrimSE icon, SkyUI and RaceMenu die. I think I am going to make a full clean game, vortex and mod install eventually, but right now it works perfectly trough Vortex so why bother yet?
