A cabin

I hope someone expands Megaton.I love the willy-nilly patched up way the place is constructed.Also the Atom worshipers are a nice touch to the overall quirkiness of the place.How about a barbershop and a plastic surgeon,a nightclub with dancing?

I have to agree that the various communities in Fallout 3 are a bit to small, I know its sposed to be a wasteland buts its been over 200yrs since the bombs fell and it isn't hard to believe there would be bigger communities. I hope someone does some mods to increase population, I just don't know how hard it would be to change the size of places like Megaton.

You must not have seen some of the amazing Oblivion mods such as Bananasplit's better cities, Giskard's overhauls, etc.

 

It is probably easier to believe "anything is possible from these talented folk".

hm yes, I'v actually already seen a lil spot where I might drop my name on when the GECK arrives. Its a dampy empty room with no real use anyway.

 

As for the rest, I find rived much too dirty, if I lived there there would be no trash on the ground and I'd trow all the crap things out ! Hence I'll polly mod that asap

Megaton is one cell where you get tru the gates, I was actually thinking that this might make things easier, sure in the Megaton cell you'd have to expand the walls , but you don't have to necessarily do that in the Wasteland cell :]

Thats true I guess long as the change in size isn't to much, it would be kinda wierd if it was twice as big on the inside as the outside.

Is it an unoccupied room in Rivet City with a bed? Because there is a point at which that room can become occupied.

 

As for a cabin in Rivet City, you mean you want one that can be customised? Because if you just want a room, the hotel room is a permanent home, once you rent it once. I've come back many weeks later, and it's still open to me and the bed is sleepable, and all the containers seem to be safe. I left 1 bottle cap in every container to test it, and came back a long time afterward and it was all still there, so I just started dumping stuff there. It's never disappeared yet.
