The white dots when hanging out around cities and the wilderness that aren't outright stranger missions. Seriously, game world feels dead. I'm still stuck in Chapter 2 until Jack asks about a thimble, and it's really nagging at me how dead everything feels - and I think the crazy guy from Valentine's Bar stopped spawning altogether? Can someone change it so events are more likely to pop up after at least a week? 50$ to whoever pulls it off (Canadian, for what it's worth)
