Vanguardascendant Posted February 26, 2020 Share Posted February 26, 2020 Once upon a time, there was a mod on Nexus that allowed you to dress a mannequin a certain way and you could shoot a special gun at settlers that would make them wear the same outfit. Deleted18049544User Posted February 27, 2020 Share Posted February 27, 2020 This mod is a a gun that lets you shoot an NPC. It will open up a settlers inventory and place an outfit on them. It's the closest I know to the mod you are asking about. There is no mannequin though, and you have to have the outfit to dress your settler with.
