SirLokar
I read on the wiki that once you first enter a dungeon/cave/etc its level is set in stone. After you clear it and it re-spawns, the level would remain the same. Meaning if you clear it at level 1, and then return at level 80, it would be a level 1 dungeon most likely not even worth doing. It would be really cool to see a mod that resets the dungeon's level after it re-spawns. This would make dungeon raiding at lower levels worth doing and would improve game re-playability. I understand that some dungeons have max/min levels, they should remain intact. I'm not a modder, it doesn't ask for any new resources to my knowledge, sounds like it would be an easy thing to make. I searched for something like this already, but didn't find anything. If there's something out there already or if my information is incorrect, please let me know. If anyone would like to attempt this project, feel free, it would be much appreciated!

If not, I'm very surprised there is no mod that removes the level-locking of respawns. Elaboration Edit: Keeping dungeon respawns level-locked discourages early exploration, removes late game options. It seems to be such a horrible design decision that it might just be a defect. Drakeero
Very relevant to my interests. It never ceases to amaze me just how many mods are made but some areas are completely overlooked. And sometimes when/if someone does fix something its part of some special overhaul they work on that isn't for everyone. I've tried the pcb and resetinterior console commands in unison but that just forces a respawn of items, not even monsters. I heard something about "dungeon variables" but I haven't seen any console commands for accessing those yet. I will keep looking though.
