Stuck in third person

Hi there! So, recently I reinstalled all my mods using MO2, and did a test play and everything seemed okay. But then I used the scroll wheel to get a third-person look at my character and when I went to return in first person I found that I was stuck in third person. F doesn't work and I haven't found a command that forces first person.

To clarify I can do everything normally but I just can't go back to first person.

Found the problem!

It was New Vegas Reloaded, removed it and that sorted it out.
