LE DB shrouded armor in the loading screen

While the female version of DB shrouded armor looks amazing, the male version is lack of detail and looks dull somehow.

I noticed that the dark elf in loading screen wears a different version of DB shrouded armor, which looks much better than the one we have in game. I think the hood is a shorter version of monk's hood, and there is also a bandolier.

can someone make this version working in game? or perhaps rip it from the loading screen, re-position it?

 

btw, is there any good idle/ walking animation mods out there for male character?
