When ever I open it up, it scrolls to the very top, making everything unreadable, which makes it very difficult to progress in the game. I can't move the map on it's vertical axis at all, only along the horizontal one. I'd rather not do a fresh install as I have quite a few mods that I wouldn't like to part with, but if it's the only option, I can go through with it. I tried googling this, but it didn't come up with anything, so this is sort of my last attempt at finding help. Edit: I installed a whole lot of map mods and it works now, to some extent. Should have probably tried that before posting this, so sorry for wasting your time, who ever is reading this currently.
