The tenants would pay me their rent, but 80% of it would go right back out again in expenses. I don't care if there's any other quests involved, but they'd be nice gravy. basically, just give me the keys, and pay me some caps each month. Another thing, if we don't do what Burke wants, he disappears forever and sends goons after us. I would like very, VERY much to be able to FIND that sucka and let him know what I think of that.
