LE spiral galaxy in the sky

A have a simple request, to replace the 'galaxy' in the sky with a full spiral galaxy image. Thus the planet is far away from the center of the galaxy.

 

I may attempt this myself if no one does it. xP

 

EDIT: I would also like a 'red giant' replacer for the sun, though this seems less possible, since I have CoT.
