VictorZio
You know what really bothers me about your frame of mind on all this, though? Efforts to squelch creativity or censor what people make, only results in LESS CHOICES, and less creativity and less sharing. well said Myr! i have to agree with Myr full about this...if someone wants to make and release a nude mod i say let them! if not it really does give not much to use on Fallout 3 or any game like it the name of this topic "Nude Virus speads to fallout 3" is just over the top...if people want those mods they either find it...or simply make it...we cant complain... as for adding a new content its best to get in touch with a Admin...LHammonds, Dark0ne, Buddah... but really i fail to see a point in it...it would be quite...messy as well...everything all mixed in with one or another... i like things clean and tidy and the "Browse Catagory" page is a prime example Garrus I think the issue isnt nude mods per se, but a shitload of nude mods/skanky clothing mods bombing the modding community all at once. With enough trash floating around, people will miss GOOD work that the modders do. Like I said before - nude models=good. 239879823749873 nude models=bad. myrmaad
Well I could say, I don't want any more ugly clothes or armor. If it's skimpy fine as long as it's actually pretty. If it's something even a crack-ho wouldn't want to wear then I say don't allow it to be posted, much less re-textured about 1500 times. I hate wading through all the ugly outfits looking for something pretty. Now what if you like the outfit I think is completely hideous? BUT I odn't want it posted. See how petty and stupid this is. Ject67
I don't really like nude mods, but I don't really care that much if other people like them. But i'm a little concerned about bethesda simply deciding not to release an sdk for their future games because of these mods, and that's probably the reason why it took so long for fallout 3 to get an sdk. Sexy clothing, sex mods (without it being porn) and sexier looking people mods are fine, i'd even download them. But actual nudity in a game just isn't right. myrmaad
You don't need a development kit to make a nude patch. It's been done since the inception of computer games, didn't someone mention Leisure Suit Larry, and I'll remind us all of "nude raider". No permission or help needed. Zagael
There's a great big red circle on the front of the FO3 box with the number 18 slap bang in the middle of it, its there for a reason! If you can watch someones head being shattered into a million pieces how is it so wrong to show a naked human form? (male or female it makes no differance)I have the topless painspike armour retex in my game and it raelly fits with the feel of the wasteland, nothing at all wrong with it and if you dont like nudity in your game dont add it, its not like your being forced to view it. stop ya whining!!! Twofer
Regarding the nude mods and mods in general: It's a fantasy game. >:)
ElricVonRabenfels
Regarding the nude mods and mods in general: It's a fantasy game. >:) No, it's not. Oblivion is a fantasy game. Fallout is an RPG in a post-apocalyptic world scenario. That's a difference. @falloutx&Zagael How often do I have to repeat myself till everyone gets it? I'm not against nudity and sex ingames. I don't necessarily need them in mine, but I don't mind them. The reason for this thread is that I -DON'T- want as many body/erotic clothing mods for Fallout 3 as there are for Oblivion. It simply clutters up the website! And even if some outfits are good and even fit in F3 - There WILL be stupid stuff like anime-style over-the-top clothing. So why not just make a seperate section for those 'erotic' clothing/body mods? And no, a raider mod with table dancers wouldn't need to be in that section. It's only for the pure body/clothing mods. And there are already more than needed out there.
Mogymog
My 6 cents.. but honestly fallout 3 REALLY needs some good nude/slutty/trashy/pervy clothes. Specially for the parts where when you remove someones armor, like the PainSpike armor of most of the Raider armor, it shows tons of skin. Then BAM! They're wearing the ugliest, stupidest underwear. Underwear if its decent looking, or fits with the ingame world I can understand, but undershirts are way pushing it.. bras as well. And hey, some of the really trashy, nude mods are actually quite fun. I hope some of the modders here make some worth checking out and working with, specially to see how they fit in with Fallouts world.
Asrayl
Oblivion is a role-playing game set in a fantasy universe.Fallout is a role-playing game set in a sci-fi/fantasy world. There's really not that much difference between the two. Instead of magic-spawned zombies we have science-defying radiation zombies. Instead of a crossbow they give us a pistol. Instead of a sword, it's a baseball bat. . .well, there are swords too, but I prefer the bat. To the topic at hand, I can think of nothing to contribute beyond a sarcastic "I'm oooh so sorry that the concept of a full and busy resource doesn't suit you." And an honest "You're welcome to take a hike if you don't like it." ~ Asrayl hath spoken. Shut up.
