dimondtrident
So ive now had the luxury of getting the GameBryo Issue.Thing is i did try every known solution nothing worked, and then i found my own. If i have the nvse_steam_loader.dll in the Main FNV Folder it cuases this issue. So I can fix it by deleting it thus im not able to use NVSE. Ive tried changing Steam to use NVSE_loader.exe and NMM neither have worked. Even launching it directly by clicking on NVSE_loader does not work.So if anyone has any idea of how to launch NVSE id greatly appreciate it. dubiousintent
"i did try every known solution nothing worked" just means "known to you". Doesn't tell us if we know anything you didn't try. So, back to basics. Where did you install Steam? If to the default location under the "C:\Program Files(x86)" folder, then see the "Installing games on Windows Vista+" article in my signature. Did you apply the 4GB Patcher? If so, you just launch the game EXE (FalloutNV.exe) and it automatically detects and uses NVSE, so I'm guessing you haven't and need to anyway in order to get the maximum use of system memory for the game. * If you are suddenly having a "slowdown" or lag; or a lack of sound; or problems getting NVSE to load, or really anything new unexpectedly, please see the 'Issue: NVSE - fails to load after update KB4058043 to Win10 FCU (v1709)' entry in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide. This may be due to an on-going series of Windows Updates for the "Meltdown and Spectre Vulnerabilities".I recommend anyone read the entire "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article to understand the differences between this game and others you may have experience with; especially if this is your first attempt to play a modded FNV or it's been more than a year since you last did so. It is designed for someone who has never played a modded PC game before, so it tries to avoid making any assumptions, is kept "up-to-date", and covers years of "lessons learned".-Dubious-
