Enb issue

Having issues...with both bleak and unbleak...and the others enbs that usesd matso's bloom

it suddenly gets darker and brghter,but it's not permanent...it happens every second...like flashes...and it's really annoying...

it's really strange,like there's someone that is constantly adding\removing brightness every second

 

It happens only between 10 am and 5pm in game.
