What mod is doing this? (In a positive way, not negative)

Somewhere along the lines I've installed a mod, or done something, that makes my character speak like an NPC, saying things in combat like "Die already so I can take your stuff!" or "I'll slit your belly like an old lady's purse (Or something to that effect)"

 

I find it highly amusing and I'd like to endorse the mod if I have not already, and generally would just like to know. Is it perhaps because I added my character to the Bandit faction? (The world is full of monsters and wars through SkoMoMod, Monster Wars, World Bosses, and then brutal fighting already with Warzones, so really I don't see why in such a world simple bandits would murder anyone on sight).

I agree, would like to know this mod too. or if there is an alternate way to turn this on. would be pretty cool.
