Can't craft weapons & armor above steel quality even with perk

I've downloaded a lot of weapons & armor mods, but now when i try to craft a vanilla equipment under everything except steel, iron, or leather/hide, theres no option to make them, except the stuff from mods. now i cant make elven armor or deadric weapons :(

You must level up and get the perks before being able to craft higher level weapons & gear. :thumbsup:

It's like you are currently an apprentice, and you need to improve you skill before being able to make better stuff.
