xamdiego Posted December 2, 2012 Share Posted December 2, 2012 T4R, It randomly freezes but it still allows me to continue after a few seconds (2-10 seconds). But it's starting to occur a lot more often than it used to.I've already tested if getting rid of certain mods would hep, but it didn't.I also tried to put the Nvidea inspector back on default settings but that didn't work either. VOIP and IM programs are notorious for wanting to call home and check for messages from time to time. A updater program can do it also - it calls home to check for updates, then if it doesn't get an answer, tries again ten minutes later - Had this with an old HP printer driver. they had changed the site to call but forgot to change it in the software that actually called - so every ten minutes, like clockwork, it called in, crashed my game, didn't get an answer, then tried again ten minutes later. - How often does a printer need updating? :wallbash: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I've also notices that there's a random steam procces that wasn't there before (steamerrorreporter.exe).Any idea on what that is? Is Steam causing it?
