I was having issues with about 7 perks not showing up correctly in the perk tree and this was the culprit. just putting this out there in case anyone else comes across this and you have the enhanced perk option with bld. As soon as I unchecked this option all was fine. even tried putting this below Horizon and it still didn't do anything. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
