ZER0777
I was working on making a mod, so i unpacked all of the meshes and textures from the BSA using BSAopt x64. Once I unpacked the BSAs I placed them in my data folder, but then when i tried to launch skyrim, my game would CTD after the Beethesda logo, so i removed all the unpacked meshes and textures. I then reinstalled all my mods that had meshes and textures (since I deleted all of the contents of the Meshes/Textures folders). Then i launched skyrim and was able to load up my game, but in-game my character and every npc was stuck in the default T-stance and no animations would play (this didn't effect any animals, my horse's animations were fine when i rode it but my character remained in the T-Stance while on its back). I figured this was a problem with animations, so i reinstalled the animation folders from the unpacked BSAs, but then my character could no longer move and was completely stationary in his T-Stance. I have searched the internet for anyone that has had this problem before but I can't find anyone who has or anyway to fix it. So if anyone knows how to fix this or has any suggestions that might help, I would greatly appreciate it.
ZER0777
In case anyone else ever has this problem, I figured out that i forgot to do all of the proper installation steps in FNIS which is what caused the problem. After properly installing it my game is running fine again.
