Combat won't stop

So here's my problem. If I engage enemies in combat, then run and try to hide, my sneak eye never slowly closes . It stays wide open. It doesn't matter how much distance I put between myself and my enemies, I can still see their red dot maker on my compass, although they are very small. Their dots don't go away. And my sneak eye never closes or even partyly closes. I can rest, but my character's face is still angry looking, like when he's in combat. Combat music still plays, so I keep running further and further away and the red dots still stay on my compass. I can't mine ore because it tells me I'm still in combat. They arn't chasing me anymore at this point either.

 

I reinstalled the game. I disabled all my mods. No change

 

Just wondering if anyone else out here has had the same issue.

Found it. A mod call "Duel Combat Realism" in case anyone was wondering. Problem fixed.
