Dual Sheath doesnt work properly

Hello friends,

 

No matter what i did, i tried everyhting i know and read all mod pages, i couldnt fix this dualsheath doesnt work properly for me. Could you help me pls ?

 

Edit: I am using LeanWolf's Better Shaped Weapons and applied patches. My problem is left sheath doesnt work almost for all weapons (iron sword included).
