Third person animation bug

[vindcar]

So I'm playing on legendary edition modded and I seem to come across an animation bug or skeleton bug I'm not hundred percent sure what's causing it where I have my sword set to my back and it draws from hip now sometimes it'll pull the sword from the back but the little glitch out and pull from the hip most of the time it pulls from the hip when I have it set on the back I don't know what's causing it I followed all the instructions to the T and it's still happening I'll post my load order
