Demonik420
Hey all I have never had a problem like this with NMM but now when i try to load it up it gets about half way through and suddenly starts telling me that there are new versions of a bunch of my mods.. and it says.. would you like to update the mod.. and the only options are yes and no where no says it will replace the mod in my list and not install it.. well I just so happen to have some mods that I do not want updated! The reasons are either that a new version is incompatable with somthing I have or they are named badly.. For example I have the castanic idle animation mod where the newest .7 version is actually a different idle of the elves from tera, the castanic pose is v .5. Is there any way to stop this from happening.. any way outside of starting the program up?? because i cant get it loaded without answering yes or no to all these mods and i don't want to upgrade OR replace them in my mod list.. please help me if you can!!! I have never even seen NMM try to automatically update mods for me befor so i am very confused :S :wallbash: edit.. I also noticed that the popup is saying somthing wierd.. it says for example. a different version of lorecraft has been detected. the installed version is , the new version is 4.1 would you like to upgrade? selecting no will replace the mod in the mod list but wont change any files. in other words it seems as tho it is not even detecting the previous version of the mod....... i am so confused  Edited December 3, 2012 by Demonik420
Ragicka
I haven't seen this behavior...yet. It seems they made some additions with version 0.34.0. Click on Settings, General tab and uncheck "Check for new Mod versions..." and see if that helps.

This happened to me once and I thought it was the result of an NMM update and someone told me that I may have accidentally hit the "Reset Archive Invalidation" OR "Reset Archive UI" I still dont know exactly what I did but it sucked! I lost all mods off of NMM, I still had the mods installed just not with NMM. Hope this helps you
