Making German version uncensored

First of all : Hi

Second: Yeah i used the Search function , but i have no interest to go throug more than 10 pages so heres my request.

 

I´m male 19 currently living in Germany and of course playing the German version of fallout 3.

It wanted to ask if it is possible to "uncensore" the german version with a mod for example.

 

If it is possible does anyone take interest in modding my request or could someone show me a post where something like this is currently in work?

What type of censorship (it depends on weather it is text/models/animation/etc.)

According to the german magazine "Gamestar" there is NO GORE OR BLOOD. Should be an easy fix one would think, but is it legal?

German censorship people don't seem to like blood and gore, even the movies based on stuff like that it is cut away making it quite meaningless. Not sure how you would go about adding it to the game though.

There is no gore or blood in the German version!? That is crazy! Should be fixable though, the base game code is usually the same they have just disabled it. There is probably a way to enable it. If it is hard coded than the only way to fix it would be to use the English version and translate the text and replace the voice files with the German ones.

Nah, in this case they just removed the gore entirely. So you could have Bloody Mess and crit someone in the head with a Fatman and they'll just backflip gracefully and in one piece.

Bloody mess without the bloody mess? That's just not right.

 

my question: is the gore actually removed or just not enabled?
