Freezing on ennemies

Greetings,

I'm using MO and only added "Even Better Quests Objectives" recently. I tried to update with FNIS and cleaned my save too. Everything looks good with LOOT and Wrye Bash.

I got a decent hardware (Ryzen 5, 3.60 GHz, 1080 GTX, 32Go...) and tried to run into lower res but in vain. I also tried to activate/deactivate combat skill mods but nothing.
