Game keeps crashing

So anytime I load an exterior cell with open sky the game crashes. Was able to use LAL to spawn in an interior cell (Winking Skeever Inn) and when I try to load Solitude the game crashes in the loading screen. Also tried the vanilla start and the same thing happens. My load order is as follows:

I really need help to solve this, tried disabling large overhaul and texture mods but to no avail. If anyone could help me out it'd be much appreciated,

You have WICO - I strongly suggest that you verify the mods that you are using, are indeed compatible. WICO is very picky as to what and will NOT work with it.

I'll try disable it and see that and see, I have subsequently tried that and it hasn't worked. Any other suggetions?

What exactly - specifically did you do, when you " disabled " it?

 

IE: did you start a clean new game w/out this mod and did you also go to the WICO site to confirm your mods work?
