Starwind Project

I have been developing a mod for a few years now. It contains hundreds of new 3D models. New weapons, playable and unplayable races, new mobs, new textures, and new places to discover. This mod is based and set in the universe and time period of KOTOR.

Most of the models do not have textures, Iâm not good with them plus thereâs just not enough time. Iâve done it all myself including the construction set editing and scripting. I would like to wrap it up and get it posted but at this time I donât see myself completing it. Currently Tatooine is finished with quests and main story quests along with numerous Easter eggs, hidden scenery, factions, dungeons, ingredients and a dueling arena. Kashyyk is made for the most part as far as the world space goes, a few quests, and the main storyline is considered. Playable races are Twileks, Rodmanâs, Ithorians, Duros, and humans. I still plan on making Wookiee and Selkath as playable races and there are currently unplayable droids of various kinds, Jawas, gammoreans and, a hurt, and more variety of unnamed aliens to fill the immersion.

I have made blaster rifles, blaster pistols, stun weapons, shock weapons, virbo weapons, lightsabers, and force powers. There are also numerous unique weapons with their own models as well.

My question to you, the missing community is simple. What direction should I take from here? My plan right now is to make the Wookiee and finish the Kashyyk part of the main storyline, then move on to Manaan, create the selkath, and complete the story there along with any required manaan monsters. This will be a major underwater zone for the majority of the accessible planet. I then plan to make korriban, the with academy, and the tomb dungeons but only completing what is necessary to finish the main story. I will also be doing rancor species as part of it as well as it will be required to finish the main storyline. What I mainly need from you guys is feedback, suggestions, and the knowledge of whether the community would want to continue to add on to the project.

I do apologize for the horrible recording software I was using. Here is a video of the first look.

While I really like what you have done so far, I've seen too many incomplete promising projects stopping forever when the original creators ceased working on them.
My suggestion about it IF you want to increase the probability that SOMEONE ELSE will keep on working on the project when you cannot any more is to make clear you allow people to use it as a resource e.g. do with it what they like to do as long as it is a Morrowind, non commercial project and that you will not come back in a year or two changing the work other people have done /restarting the project in a different incompatible way with the changes without even trying to accommodate the different visions
