Modding assistance

I was curious, I have seen many files here on the Nexus labeled as "Modder's Resource" files, meaning they contain no esp file. I have some basic modding abilities and was wondering how you would take a modder's resource (namely an armor resource) and put it in-game as a mod. I have already checked, and the one i want to put in-game isn't already done, unless it is part of a larger mod.

In a nutshell. Within the CS you need to either create a new or copy and modify an armor entry which points to the mesh location within the data folder, then define the ingame attributes for each piece, then place the pieces into the game in whatever manner is suited to the purposes of your mod.
