InvalidateOlderFiles Problems

Hey guys, i'm having a bit of a problem i searched the forums but i couldn't find anything to help me with this, so if anyone knows how to fix it or can point me in the right direction i'd be really grateful.

Anyway on to the actual problem. I installed a few mods mostly texture replacements and everything went fine i used the InvalidateOlderFiles=1 along with the ArchiveInvalidation and it all worked great.

Then i installed 5-6 mods at once and one of them messed up a few textures i couldnt figure out which of those did it and i was tired of the other mods so i just restored my Data folder, now if i have InvalidateOlderFiles=1 instead of 0 i am missing all the textures that the previously installed mods replaced.

 

Apart from deleting my Save folder i've completely removed Fallout 3 and re-installed it again yet the problem persists.

 

Any and all help would be great guys!

 

Alright i fixed it, i don't know how but its fixed. If anyone still knows how to fix it so i don't have to do so much trial and error if it happens again i'd still appreciate it.

it sounds a bit like the problem I have.

All the new retexture files are not used durring the game. I do have the ArchiveInvalidation.txt and I do have set InvalidateOlderFiles=1.

It would be great to find out how you fixed your problem.
