niston Posted March 15, 2020 Author Share Posted March 15, 2020 Alright. In my use case, I use TranslateTo on a movablestatic (the motor), to which everything else is refattached to. Another crucial observation: If refattaching a movablestatic and using it as platform, the movement will be jerky (just like using translateto directly) in first person view.
