USSF06
I need help getting Vortex to run again after switching to SSDs. The app keeps mentioning something about staging areas, deployments, etc. I have tried everything within the Vortex app that it recommends, and even the app itself says there is no solution in the notifications. The HDD that my Vortex mods were originally on is now gone, and it was all moved to a new SSD. The app, however, still tries to load from the now non-existent HDD. *Please note, I have tried all the in-app suggestions. Is there a way to completely wipe all history of Vortex and start clean again?PC Specs: i5-6600k, 32gb RAM, 1070ti.Game: Fallout 4Thanks for any help! Solution rmm200 Posted March 15, 2020 Solution Share Posted March 15, 2020 If it were me - I would uninstall Vortex using Windows Uninstall. Then delete the directory C:/Users/xxx you xxx/AppData/Roaming/Vortex.That should remove all Vortex history. Then do a clean install of Vortex. Note: If you copied hard disks before purging your mods in Vortex, windows likely converted those hard links to actual files. Look inside your game directory. If that happened, it is best to do a clean game install to get rid of them.

USSF06
That did it, thanks again rmm200! I also searched my PC for Fallout, Nexus, and Vortex. There were hundreds of old leftover files. Completely wiped it all and the NMM is working fine now.
