darkestdungeon Need a little help with modding

So I've recently gotten into the swing of playing darkest dungeon an have run into a bit of an issue with the character classes. So, so much of the character skin mods say that you'd have to replace the entire class folder because they change the skeleton and animations. But, to do so would mess with the other skins that I've got for the class already. How can I use multiple character skins that change the for example the crusaders skeleton, animations, etc without compromising other skin mods that use thee base skeleton?

 

Some assistance would be massively appreciated!!!
