Time editing help

Hi! I've been playing with the console commands and used the "set timescale to #" to stop time so it would be day all the way. But something got messed up and now when I press the "wait" button the clock says it's -2147483648 hours and the same number of minutes too. Since that time is not on the shops working hours, all shops are closed all the time like it's night. And that number -2147483648 does not change no matter what I do. I tried restoring the time speed to normal but it does not help. So if anyone knows how I could edit the clock I believe it would fix the problem. Any console command/hack/mod that enables changing the game daytime clock would be very appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help.
