My Skyrim Drops to 1 FPS Outside

I wanted to reinstall Skyrim so I did and got back all my mods I had as well. However, whenever I go Outside I get EXACTLY 1 FPS and no higher. Can someone help me please? Indoors my FPS is fine, Outside is the problem.
